All customers need to provide proof of their insurance policy as your home contents insurance policy does not always cover your goods in storage. We can protect your goods under StoreProtect which is designed specifically for self storage. If your goods are worth storing, they are worth covering! Contact us for further details on StoreProtect.
Yes! You can go bigger or smaller and we will simply transfer your account once you’ve moved rooms.
Yes. You need to give us 14 days notice and you do this simply by email or giving us a call.

Yes, as a member of the SSA UK we are required to have CCTV monitoring systems, a secure perimeter and to meet all fire and safety regulations. Your room will have your own padlock and you will have a unique code to access the facility 24 hours a day.
