- Simply present your alternative storage quote over email or on paper to us, and we’ll match the price on a like-for-like service. We cannot accept verbal quotes
- All competitor quotes must be dated within 14 days of your move-in date and must be produced prior to move-in
- Our price promise applies to both personal and business storage quotes
- This offer excludes container storage. Quotes from services such as shipping containers storage and containerised storage companies cannot be accepted under our Price Match Promise
- We’ll match any quote based on a like-for-like service. A like-for-like service means the same storage unit size, the same length of stay, and any other store facilities
- Our Price Match Promise is subject to storage unit availability
- This offer applies to the upper floor rooms only in our facility
- Competitors must be within a 10-mile radius of the store location
- Our Price Match Promise cannot to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer
- The Price Match Promise is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 months after which the storage rate will revert back to our standard pricing structure
- The Price Match Promise can only be used once per contract.
- Our price match promise offer is at the business’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or increase your price match promise with one month’s notice.
