Friendly, helpful staff. Straightforward system. Well kept, pleasant facility. Only suggestion for improvement would be a covered area to unload / load items from vehicle to/from trolley. There's a small canopy that only fits a few vehicles. It was unfortunately raining when we were unloading items, so, we and our items got wet.

Recently moved to MyStore from another storage provider and have noticed the difference already. The storage warehouse is clean, well organised and functional (lifts, alarms, access are working and trolleys are available during busy periods). Easy access via a good size car park. Staff are friendly and helpful. In summary I am glad I moved!
We have just vacated our MyStore Self Storage unit in Witney after 2 years, to the day. Over that period we have been extremely impressed with the the way in which we were kept informed of any issue with the facility, e.g. lift breakdowns, closures over holiday periods etc. The facility was always clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. If we ever need storage again we would certainly make MyStore our first choice.
The team at MyStore were so helpful and friendly. We needed an emergency unit to store our mum's stuff ahead of a move and they couldn't have been more helpful. We have found them very reasonable in price too, which has made us consider a long term rental. Thanks to Shannon and the team.
Highly recommended company to use if you need to store your items or furnitures. All receptionists are so friendly and helpful, their system is flexible, and the whole environment is clean and tidy. We rent a container and it is in immaculate condition. We are very happy with all their policy and conditions.
Honestly couldn't fault a single aspect of this company. Walked in, browsed a unit and asked to see a larger one. Within 20 minutes I had a unit and had every bit of access I needed. I've just handed my two week notice in and once again an incredibly helpful and great business.

Recently bought some storage so we could store stuff while the house gets decorated. We are now thinking about continuing even after the decorating gets finished because of how the facility is setup, looks, security and also how nice the staff is as well. It’s also nice to know that you can just come and go easily if you need.
Brilliant company, nothing is too much trouble for them. So helpful and accommodating. We decided to move belongings from the other side of Oxford and wasn’t sure of the container size we needed, even at the last minute Cassie was brilliant in changing the room. Would definitely recommend.
