Protection for your Goods in store
Our priority at MyStore Self Storage is to provide you with the most secure storage space possible, so that your goods are protected whilst in store with us.
This protection comes from maintaining our buildings to the highest standard, complying with all necessary building and fire regulations. Your possessions are protected by individual room alarms, and access is granted by unique pin entry codes. Further protection is provided by gated entry, fencing and state of the art CCTV monitoring.
Unfortunately, events can happen that are outside of our control despite our very best efforts; such as catastrophic weather events or arson and as a result of this and as members of the Self Storage Association we insist that customers insure their goods in our facilities or arrange protection via ourselves.
To help facilitate this we are able to secure protection for your goods under a bespoke arrangement called StoreProtect which is arranged by the Industry specialist insurance Brokers, Basil Fry & Company.
In addition to the wide cover provided by StoreProtect, Basil Fry provide individual support to our customers in the event of a claim… and it wont affect your home insurance premiums.
StoreProtect includes cover for Vermin, Damage by water ingress, Fire and Theft. Additionally, there is no excess to pay in the event of a claim. For more information on StoreProtect – check out our StoreProtect Blog.
If you feel that StoreProtect isn’t for you, we are happy to accept proof of cover from another insurance provider, however we do not offer any advice over its suitability or whether the cover replicates the wide cover available to you via our arrangements.
